01.01.2022 It is the divergence of our own relationship with our inner-self which sets off the unfortunate journey into unhappiness and ill-health. If we blindly follow t...he popular culture of the world today we are doomed into a personal and generational decay. The explosion in mental health cases, new diseases and the ever-weakening constitution of our children is a product of the growing divergence from our relationship with our inner world. In reflection, I am grateful that more than 20 years ago I chose kinesiology as my career. The power of muscle monitoring when used correctly can fast track the connection between the inner world and the outer world. As the fractured parts start to communicate then the bodies self-healing process is ignited in all areas of our being and our life.
