23.01.2022 Police vision relating to the closure of Operation Papa Argyle today. The first arrest in the vision relates to a 37-year-old man arrested at Ormiston while the second relates to a 29-year-old man at Carina. They were both arrested on June 11.... The operation focused on three distinct networks however each were allegedly associated with each other with different commodities of drugs sourced from New South Wales. Twelve people were charged in relation to an alleged cocaine syndicate, including nine from the Sunshine Coast. Two people from Brisbane were charged in relation to the alleged cannabis syndicate while another two from Brisbane were charged in relation to MDMA.

18.01.2022 Detectives from Pine Rivers Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are continuing to investigate the suspicious death of a man who was located in Murrumba Downs yesterday. Officers were called at 5.45am after a man sustained serious stab wounds and was located on Blyth Road near a service station. He was pronounced deceased at the scene and has been identified as 41-year old Nathan Frazer.... Police have launched Operation Quebec Amadeus and an investigation centre with local detectives being assisted by the Homicide Squad has been established at Petrie Police Station. Investigations to date have established that 39-year-old man Lee Hillier (pictured) may be able to assist police with their enquiries. Officers would like to advise members of the public not to approach the man if they see him but to contact police immediately.

12.01.2022 ARMED ROBBERY LAIDLEY Detectives investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Laidley on Saturday have released vision of the incident. At 7.20pm three males entered the Vaux Street business armed with two iron bars. They threatened the female staff member and stole cigarettes before running out of the store.... The female staff member was not physically injured during the incident. Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the males to contact police.

06.01.2022 TOMAHAWKS USED IN McDONALDS ROBBERY: Logan police have released CCTV Vison of an early morning armed robbery at a fast food outlet in Waterford West. Around 2.30am Monday four males were involved in the cash grab at a Chambers Flat Rd McDonalds during which time two tomahawks were produced by two of the masked men.... All four fled on foot and were last seen travelling down Chambers Flat Road heading towards Muchow Road. The males are possibly aged in their late teens or early twenties and all were wearing black clothing and hooded jumpers. Three were possibly of Islander descent and one Caucasian. 01.01.2022 Have you seen Henny? Police and SES have set up a command post at Old Ipswich Road Riverview in the search for 68-year-old missing woman Henny Dompasa. Polair is flying over Riverview as part of the search broadcasting audio alerts directly to homes across the suburb.... She is described as originally from Indonesia and is approximately 145cms tall with a thin build and short dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black short sleeve fleece jumper, aqua track suit pants and black thongs. She was possibly carrying an umbrella. She frequently walked along Old Ipswich Road and Collingwood Drive between New Chum and Riverview. Police have asked any local residents to check their yards and sheds, and for anyone who may have seen her to contact them on 131 444.
