24.01.2022 The venue for TIP trials for 12, 13 and 14 years, this Sunday 6 September 2020 has changed. They will now be held at Wavell State High School sports hall. Enter through Gate 4 accessed via Childers Street (on the west side of school) off Bristol Road. All nominees have been emailed details. Trials for 15 years on Monday 7 September 2020 will remain at BNA.

24.01.2022 We are just ONE week away from Nissan State Age 2020 and wed like you to show your support for the 13As team who will be representing BNA! COACH: Tanya Connolly ASSISTANT COACH: Caitlin Woodgate MANAGER: Shelley Perisic... CAPTAIN: Meicha Harle VICE CAPTAIN: Bianca Brown The 13A team is a team full of enthusiastic and talented young athletes. They can be seen most Sundays training very hard and TIC-TOKing during their breaks. The girls have competed at one carnival so far and were successful going through undefeated. With another lead-up carnival, getting over a few little injuries and perfecting their cheering, the 13As will be primed for a fantastic State Age Carnival. The team will be led by Captain Meicha Harle and Vice Captain Bianca Brown. Coach Tanya Connolly, Assistant Coach Caitlin Woodgate and Manager Shelley Perisic are most excited and proud to support and encourage such a fantastic group of girls.

We would love to see heaps of supporters there to cheer on the teams. Tickets are $10 each and 12 years & under are free. She has been proactive in her development of processes and procedures that not only support her club and its members but also the Association. Julie leads by example and asks nothing of others that she doesnt already do herself. She is a dedicated, passionate and a positive role model to all.

17.01.2022 The Brisbane 14Cs may have been a late entry to this years Nissan State Age 2020, but they are ready to grab the opportunity with two hands! COACH: Emma West ASSISTANT COACH: Jaime Ryan MANAGER: Ang Smith... This is the U14C development team. We are so excited about having the opportunity to play at State Age 2020! We have participated in 3 carnivals where we finished 3rd and 5th. We love being together and we play our best when we are up against Div 2 teams, only losing to U14Bs by 1 at our last carnival.

CO-CAPTAINS: CHELSEA HOPSICK and CAITLIN MAHAR Always happy, always smiling, Brisbane 10 have an amazing team bond that shines through when they take the court and need to get the job done. With State Age fast approaching, the girls are confident, determined and fired up to play their best netball. Theyve trained hard, listened well and are looking forward to the challenges State Age will definitely bring.

13.01.2022 We are so excited to have both of our Brisbane North Cougars teams playing grand finals tomorrow. These games will feature BNA players Maddie Hinchliffe (also the BNA Admin officer) in the Sapphire Series game and Maddi Davies, who is also one of our beloved rep coaches, in the Ruby Series game. Our Darren Connolly is the Assistant Coach of the Cougars Sapphire Series team. Having both teams in the grand final is so exciting and we wish them all the best of luck tomorrow. We encourage you to get out to Nissan Arena to support our teams and to watch some awesome netball!

13.01.2022 Lynne Swallow It is with great sadness that BNA members and friends are advised of the untimely death of Lynne Swallow who passed away on 31 August. Lynnes membership of BNA started in the mid-1970s when she was a club and BNA rep player. During this time she was instrumental in setting up the BNAs computerized fixture programme which was unique to the BNA and unheard of in the seventies.... Lynne maintained her ties with the BNA in recent years serving as a valued member of Complaints Tribunal where her contribution will be sadly missed.

They have gelled together as a unit...They work hard and look out for each other both on and off the court. Being this is their first year playing rep, they have exceeded all expectations. There is never a dull moment in the players tent They definitely keep each other amused but they are always ready to play hard once the first whistle goes.
