22.01.2022 Lockdown will ease this evening, so Night Nav is going ahead this week. Under the latest rules, you must have a mask with you when you are out, however you do not need to wear it while you run. So please bring your mask to Bridgeman Downs tomorrow night and wear it during registration, but you can remove it while you are running.
