20.01.2022 Damn, that's a nice looking shed! Local mural artist Rick Hayward has spent the past two weeks transforming our storage sheds into an impressive public art display. 'Surface Tension' was created completely by hand with two brushes, countless corrugations and the company of our local angry pigeon. We are stoked to have yet another piece of local artwork displayed proudly on our walls. ... This mural was made possible through the support of Vicki Howard and Brisbane City Council.

07.01.2022 We've been working with Doctoral Candidates Claire Tracey and Annique Goldenberg to bring their environmentally-themed installation 'FLOCK' to life on our Performance Lawn. Using art to transform waste, FLOCK is a hopeful reminder of the need to protect the habitat of migratory shorebirds who travel the East Asia-Australasian Flyway every year. This work was created from internal solar lights and recycled plastic bottles, collected from local schools. We will be running a... series of FLOCK workshops in January.
