19.01.2022 With the Easter Break missed posting clinic (at home!) flowers of the week (garden therapy!) but though I would share my favourite rose of all time - this is from my garden and is called Souvenir de la Malmaison and has the most beautiful fragrance. It was bred in 1843 and named after Josephine Bonaparte's famous rose garden at Malmaison (on my list to visit one day!). - Shannon

This is also a photo of my extreme mulch pile at home with my garden helper Evie dog.... Gardening therapy! - Shannon

07.01.2022 Our first week of remote psychology. Usually we have our cheerful weekly flowers in each clinic room and on the reception desk. I am going to continue to pick a bunch for my home desk from which I do my online sessions and post each week :) Today we have dahlias, roses, lavender and buddleia. The garden is proving to be good therapy at the moment... Now 10 days for me in isolation after returning from overseas....! Shannon
