23.01.2022 Hello ladies, i understand life sometimes gets in the way and you can no longer make your appointment. However simply not showing up is outright unacceptable and disrespectful of other potential clients wanting to get an appointment (especially on a Saturday of all days, the busiest time of the week). If clients 'No Show' twice (i will give a chance) then i will no longer allow them to come back again. This is very rare as the majority of my clients are so lovely and im so thankful of you all xx

Like most of the beauty professionals out there, we are at highest risk of exposure due to working in such close proximity to you. So please use common sense and help practise the following to keep you & I both safe: - if you are sick and/or have come into contact with someone who has recently travelled overseas, let me know. We will reschedule a da...te when it will be safe for both of us. - I have HAND SANITISER. Lets continue to keep our hands clean for everyones sake. - Tools & towels will continue to be disinfected after each service, as per normal practice. - if I have booked you and I have another client with me, please stay in your car and give me the opportunity to disinfect the salon once they leave and before you enter the salon. - I will be wearing a mask for every client to protect both you and myself. If you are worried, please contact me in advance and we can reschedule your appointment if needed. Most importantly, small businesses will struggle in this health crisis time, lets continue to shop & support our local businesses. Lets do our best to follow the advice of WHO. These are terrible and worrying times but together we will all get through this crisis as a team.
