Brisbane Sewing Destash Market Saturday 14 September 9am to 3pm Sewing Adventures - 4a Kellett Road Salisbury ... Over 20 stalls with local businesses and individuals clearing out their stash! Fabric, patchwork, trims, notions, vintage, laces, buttons, leather, vinyl, premade items and excess stock! Bargins galore - all stock must go! There will also be a FREE pattern swap, coffee and treats and the opportunity to get your scissors sharpened. Join the event and grab some bargins.

24.01.2022 We are so proud! The donatons, pattern swap coins and Coffee 4 Charity van made a massive $750 profit from the event which will be a much needed boost to their premmie and Christmas projects. Cass had so much fun serving coffee is SUPER grateful for all those that supported Sewing for Charity Australia and the fabric donations we received from the generous stallholders. With respect to our community, the Salisbury Senior Citizens Centre, our stall holders and customers, we will be postponing our Brisbane Destash Sewing Market until Saturday 12 September. Same place! Same time! More info coming soon!

Please reach out in your local communities to collect and gather patterns for the day! We are happy to collect local donations of paper patterns from all eras in good condition!... The Swap will support our charity partner Sewing for Charity Australia!

14.01.2022 Our Charity Partner - Sewing for Charity Australia Cass and the Team will be joining us on Saturday with their Coffee 4 Charity Van "Lacey", hand made charity items for sale and we are encouraging a gold coin donation at the pattern swap to support this amazing group. The annual SFCA Prem Project has arrived!! They need YOU to knit, sew and share. All donations will be going to sewing, knitting/ crocheting clothing, bedding and toys for premmie babies supporting Lifes Lit...tle Treasures Foundation Australias foremost charity dedicated to providing support, friendship and information, specifically tailored for families of premature or sick babies. 10.01.2022 Market Update.... We have had many people contact us as to what is happening regarding the Brisbane Sewing Destash Market to be held in 6 weeks. At this time we are waiting for further updates over the coming two weeks, before confirming any decisions. We are also very aware that our event is being held at the Senior Citizens Centre which has its own risks. ... We ask that our stallholders and customers standby and stay safe in this difficult time. 08.01.2022 Three sleeps to go! Brisbane Sewing Destash Market this Saturday 9am to 3pm - 4a Kellett Road Salisbury. Come on down and see Boo Boo Dees and the gang behind The GREAT Fabric Destash! as they cull their stash! The stand will be a collaboration between Boo Boo Dees, Purple Marmalade & Tiny Tappers who create limited releases and one off childrens clothing and accessories. You will find lots of treasures on their stand - fabic galore, trims, habby items and some of their kids clothing ranges that must be cleared. Plus be early if you want to grab one of their FREE scrap packs!

07.01.2022 Thank you everyone for your support of our event and creating a small scale market in the suburbs! #takebackthestreets We will be taking a short break and then coming back with new dates in 2020 when it is cool, shady and market friendly. We welcome stallholders that are small businesses and individuals who wish to destash their craft and sewing products. Yes you need your own PL insurance and we recomend that you are actally destashing! ... The poll focused on the dates but we also welcome comments regarding stalls and products. We have limited space at The Studio hence vendor numbers will always be limited.
