We send our thoughts to you at this time Shona.... So in her absence, we have arranged a treat for you in the form of a Gong Meditation! Adele Lee from Shamanic Gongs is coming along to share her talents with us. We will also be exploring the history and traditions of Winter Solstice and have opportunity to "let go" of what is no longer serving you in a burn and release ceremony before setting new intentions for the remainder of the year.
