Passionate about delivering fantastic customer service? Do you have super fast typing skills and the ability to solve problems for customers quickly? Then we have the perfect role for you. Given the current situation, this is a remote position until early August! Here are some brief details on the duties and responsibilities to consider before getting in touch about how to arrange a video interview with the recruitment team: - Providing a high level of customer service in fluent English - Receiving / replying promptly to a wide range of customer queries following protocol. - Ability to reply and respond to multiple open chats - Log all chat issues and resolutions - Reach all weekly KPIs - Positive can do attitude always helps! You must be computer literate, especially in terms of checking and responding to emails, logging all communication and utilising the chat software. You must be able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week on - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Some evening work will be needed! This is an ongoing role, it is not a seasonal vacancy.
