25.01.2022 Our last regatta for the 2017/18 season! Unfortunately no medals at this regatta but a big shout out to Kristy Hinton for competing in her first regatta! Whilst most people normally have the comfort of being in a big crew boat in their first ever race, Kristy and Phoebe did a fantastic job (rowing for the first time together??) in a double. Great to see the boys in the four; hoping we can get more sweep crews happening in the future. Time for some long steady state rows before the Port Macquarie Mini Marathon in August this year!

24.01.2022 Our thanks to Endeavour Rowing Club for their regatta on Sunday. While the rest of NSW was complaining of the extreme heat we rowers just got on with the job of racing. Well done all BWRC rowers. Especially our novices. First row representing the club for quite a number of us. Everyone rowed brilliantly and the medal haul excellent ... Caz Kath Sue Libby Sarah/Dux Finn Phoebe Madon (and some of us got 2 medals) SOOO disappointing that the regatta was called off (heat over38c) before our MM4- could show everyone their power and might.
