22.01.2022 Very important part of the roof is the weep holes. Some restorations aren’t done with them and it’s not that they didn’t want to do them, it’s that they don’t know what they’re there for, so please be careful with who you choose to restore your roof, as it should be done right. (This was a Roof I went to this afternoon, for a leak repair and noticed this issue)

14.01.2022 Full restoration done recently Full rebed and point Ridges Full clean at (4500psi) All broken tiles replaced... Gutters all cleaned. 1 coat of high build primer 2 coats of roof tile membrane paint of monument. All done with safety rail!
