06.01.2022 Yesterday evening we were joined from the UK by Adrian Hayes, is a British record-breaking adventurer, author, keynote speaker, leadership and team consultant and coach, documentary presenter and sustainability campaigner. His achievements are almost too many to name, which made his understanding of the topic Risk and Resilience so thorough. His presentation encompassed his takeaways and lessons from these expeditions and how we might apply his logic to our lives. He encou...raged us to always analyse what we are trying to achieve and for the sake of what. Be clear, objective and seek the authentic reason for your goal. In order to succeed in difficult endeavours, he told us to set goals, break these down by months, seek learnings from situations and keep a sense of humour. All of this is remains applicable even during this period. Thank you Adrian for an inspiring presentation. We hope our Members and Guests enjoyed it as much as we did.
