HOWEVER I say I am just "uniquely strange" Philippos Ziakas (haha) Back when I did my teacher training with Zoe Trenwith I had no idea how much of an impact it would have on me and who I am today. The balance of moving my body daily and sitting in meditation daily allows me to see my life with new eyes, toug...h moments with a new perspective and to truly enjoy the richness of every moment.
