25.01.2022 "More than 300,000 tourists, students and itinerant workers have fled our shores in an exodus that is certain to deepen our consumer spending slump and put those industries who heavily rely on a migrant workforce. Some are also predicting that a further 300,000 are set to leave before the end of the year another blow to our GDP."

17.01.2022 "I'm so incredibly pleased to share that on 20 July 2020 I was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Though my admission ceremony wasn't the most orthodox due to COVID-19 restrictions, I'd like to say a massive thank you to my colleagues at Beena Rezaee Legal who surprised me with the cutest ceremony in office to mimic what it would have otherwise been like. I'd also like to extend a very special thank you to Besmellah Rezaee for moving my admission and for being such a wonderful mentor over the past three years. I couldn't think of anyone better to teach me the ropes. With that said, I am looking very forward to commencing my career as a legal practitioner at such an amazing firm with highly skilled, intelligent and compassionate colleagues."
15.01.2022 To all our asylum seeker friends, Following an important ruling by the Federal Court of Australia in the case of DBB16, asylum seekers who arrived by boat via Ashmore Reef between 23 January 2002 and 1 June 2013 are not considered IMAs and cannot be subjected to fast track laws. Chances are that you are or will be eligible to apply for a protection visa that is reviewable at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal - AAT. ... Most of you may already have an application under process. If that is the case, please contact us and we will guide you what to do next. If you're one of the Ashmore Reef arrivals, you will be issued an invite to apply within 7 days. if you don't apply within the 7 days, you will lose the opportunity and consequences are detrimental. If you have any queries or questions please contact us. 2002 June 2013 (Ashmore Reef) AAT . 7 . 7 . . : 0881202325 : 0390816981 : 0881202320

01.01.2022 The past week and a half have been the toughest weeks of our lives. We're witnessing a humanitarian crisis unfold before our eyes. We're working tirelessly to be part of the solution to this humanitarian tragedy. In my personal capacity, as a practicing lawyer; and a member of the community, I want to thank our government and all involved in supporting those in need of SAFE PASSAGE. I request all to ensure we prioritize the most at Risk Individuals. We have a proud history of stepping in and saving lives during humanitarian crises. We can write another proud chapter again. We must do more and act now before it is too late.
