25.01.2022 Hi guys, I thought I should let you know what is happening. Plenty of progress, but freight is obviously slow at the moment. As I predicted, speedway will start to flow through, but will continue on restoration mode at this stage. Getting there, due to my fussyness, I am behind. But. No rush down here. Do the job once and do it right..

24.01.2022 Hi guys, I'm getting through this speedway phase slowly. Can't rush these engines, until there on the track.. Jason Rae's ZX12 ( current Q1&NSW1) ready for another attempt to hold his titles. Jason Glynn,s micro ( current championship holder) refreshed after a couple of issues at practice last weekend, and can't forget the crazy cowboy Terry Leerentveld with his amazing skills in the ZX10 and the dirt modified. I have Brock Thornton,s car here also to fit injection, which has been a big job. He has driven very well considering his time in the car.( We,ll get there mate, and quickly) were on track to finalize the speedway engines and move back to road race then back to the service work. EVENTUALLY.. thanks for following, luv ya all and stay safe

23.01.2022 You know how much I love my 2 strokes. Im loving this pipe that has been placed in front of me. This system runs a similar system as a rifle silencer. So, it will be loud. We will trial the system, and if too loud, will build a cartridge to suit to muffle..

23.01.2022 Hi guys n girls, this year has been tough on everyone, we have found it very hard due to no racing. I thought I'd make a simple collage to show what ive been up to. Thanks for following, and am looking forward to 2021. Merry Christmas to everyone and be safe. Luv yas

23.01.2022 Racing is coming by the looks of things here. A couple of zx12s dropped off by Jason Rae. Currently holding Queensland 1 and NSW 1. Little racers like the zxr to be improved for the coming times. Dont let the scooter fool you either. She will race you at the lights in Toowoomba. She sounds good on the cruise at 60. but,but,but,but. . Im currently inundated with projects,more so restorations aswell to a point I have to accept no more jobs until these are completed. Simple dirt bike service is allowed through my previous guys. Currently working with 81 RD350 LC, 2 x GT380, 1 x GT750 modified, 85 CR500 flat tracker, GT250 track bike, VJ22 track bike. 3 micro methanol CR250,s as well. Plus others. I will be taking a holiday shortly to clear my head after all of this, thanks for following guys,

20.01.2022 Looking after a local friend that wanted a service on the rhino. Had no brakes whatsoever. This caliper actually dislodged the piston and the handbrake cable was not even connected?? I am very busy ATM, but ensure your service gets checked properly. Thanks again n stay clear of this covid.

18.01.2022 Two stroke Tuesday.

18.01.2022 First test on the mighty stroked Briggs and Stratton build. It survived the test ,but after gearing changes, is still spinning to 10,000rpm. We want no more than 8500 to be reliable.Threw the chain to end the day ending it short. More results after the next test..crazy torque..

17.01.2022 Crankcase Friday,looks like sand blasting Saturday. All 2 stroke varieties. Gt250 , Gt 380 , multiple CR250. Most of the CR cases have had a world of hurt, but, no longer available genuine. So, have to be brought back to a usable state. All need either a modification/alteration/ or repairs. All parts are here to build all of these engines and obviously wont be available for further bookings for a few weeks. Thanks again for following.

15.01.2022 Development on a new cylinder for a micro. 7 hrs spent on cylinder. Its mentally straining work, but worth it when they hit the track..

14.01.2022 A new driver to the BRM family, I will be driving myself this year,but always happy to look after everyone in there development. I have a mixture of 2 and 4 stroke combinations coming together to make this class strong. Thanks for following.

14.01.2022 Always a shame to see your pride and joy in this state. The engine wasnt very pretty, but she is now. Sure theres a touch of damage to the left of the head, but with the beautiful components inside,she will be a rocket. This is an endurance build. Built for longevity with excellent ridability. Useable strong powercurve. Look forward to seeing her on the track.

14.01.2022 Hi guys, I have closed and not answering calls. Need a workshop clean out and catch up on jobs. Moving to restoration mode prior to speedway mode. Workshop needs some attention to. Tough way to take a holiday but it needs to be done. Thanks again.

12.01.2022 Honda nc24 , What is that?. Its the VFR400 competition to the NSR 250. Very hard to find these girls these days. This one came to me to assess engine condition prior to purchase. Yes it had been sitting and had a world of problems, and am successfully bringing her back to life.. Its a mixture of NC24/30. Beautiful HONDA technology and rare to see. In my 25 year career, this is the 3rd Ive touched. Thanks again

11.01.2022 Finally Brock has converted to a decent injection system over carbs. Looking forward to the fitment. A good 10hp plus in that.

11.01.2022 Finally,she's ready to race another day. This specimen was developed from 2012 to finish 3rd in the 2014 Australian championship. Has changed hands since, and had a ring groove failure in 2019. It's been hard to find the original spec parts and have moved to a different piston/rod configuration. Found some room for improvement also. She is not the best off idle but is very strong after that. Very impressed for an early 70,s GT250. Go get them David

11.01.2022 Currently cranking it up. We can look after your multiple cylinder crankshaft needs. Its not the easiest job, but we do it because we can. Ive concentrated on this subject for over 12 years now. It is a rare trade these days, and honestly, some you win and some you loose on the quoted price. Generally from worn main bearing journals. If you have an old 2 stroke that isnt running right, its most likely the crank seals that have gone hard over time. We are happy to look after you. Thanks again for everyones support through this crazy time.

09.01.2022 Today has been one of those days. Too busy making orders, bit of restoration and collection/ social media opportunities. I wouldnt have it any other way. RM is coming together slowly, rear guard would be on but dont have the right rubbers.... Im too fussy sometimes..

09.01.2022 What a shame to remove the engine from her. Rear cylinder has been hurt, deltek was started today and have finally sorted the Pistons and rods for the GT250.. Corona has slowed alot of freight from overseas and is slowing my progress also. RM 250 in the back is waiting on a sticker kit, and then Ill finish the job. on a positive note,we are still on track

09.01.2022 I always enjoy the engineering and the nuts to hang onto these things. John primarily uses this at QR and Phillip island as a training bike for the smaller dukes that he runs. Always a pleasure to look after his specimens.

07.01.2022 Water bottle Wednesday, only half of you may know what that is. Suzuki GT750 2 stroke triple cylinder. We have a crank disassembled in there and parts have arrived for assembly. Also we have an engine for a tune, this is where it gets exciting, he wants something out of the ordinary . Looking forward to to the build of an extraordinary GT750. More to come.

07.01.2022 Finally the stroker 270 is ready for fitment. Not as colourful as the other engines, but shell perform her job. Ready to fit as I have the car here to improve the cooling system fitment.

05.01.2022 This is a micro cylinder that Im trying to save. It had stuffers previously added?? (I have better methods) have removed and welded up holes. It has a fresh sleeve for a stroker so Im continuing to keep it alive. Exhaust flange is completely flogged out and have made a sleeve from 7075-T6 with a gentle taper, so its a tap fit with sealant. This is only a rough porting stage and final photos wont come out as it is secret work. Thanks for following and hope you are all well through this nasty period we have.
