24.01.2022 Today we said goodbye to our much loved aqua instructor Linda Dunlop. Linda will be missed by her 2 classes of 16 athletes, her strong personality inspired them all to work hard in a fun environment. Her wide choices of songs ranging from current to the good old days along with her Elvis and Russian moves will live on as ‘Linda’ history. Thanks Linda, good luck for the future and enjoy the grand babies.... Shake it out Baby!!!!! See more

Keeping up with exercises especially at this crazy time is important for both your physical and mental health. Share your workout space and let’s help each other stay motivated.

04.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone, we hope you are all going well.

03.01.2022 While we are working behind the scenes trying to work out the best option to deliver you daily workouts, here’s the one I’m doing today. No equipment necessary Complete 3 rounds of 12-15 reps. Or if you have a timer go for 30-40secs on then rest for 15-20 and repeat 3 times. This workout targets the tummy, hips and thighs.

01.01.2022 We may be closed, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do your exercises. Here’s the last workout we did in our active adult class yesterday.- working every muscle of the body. Try 4 rounds of 8-12reps. This can easily be done in the comfort or your lounge room, or even outside int he fresh air. Don’t use not having kettle bells as an excuse, you can use anything, dumbbells, resistance bands, water bottle, cans of fruit.... The main thing is you’re doing something. We would hate to see you all loose motivation so please let us know what you would like posted to keep you motivated and moving. See more
