20.01.2022 Broadwater Parklands will progressively open additional facilities in line with Stages 2 and 3 of the easing of Queenslands restrictions. The Bouncy Pillow will re-open Saturday 13 June The Rockpools Waterplay will re-open Saturday 11 July Gold Coast Aquatic Centre will re-open Saturday 11 July... Use of these facilities will be in accordance with the Governments gathering restrictions and social distancing guidelines applicable at the time.

Staying at least 1.5 metres away from others will help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All the Broadwater Parklands facilities and attractions are once again open, with the exception of GC Aquapark which will reopen in September.... Rockpools are open from tomorrow (Saturday 11 July 2020) Rockpools opening hours for July and August are 9am to 3pm. BBQ / Shelters and other function spaces are now available to hire. Events are also recommencing over the coming months with additional COVID Safe measures applying. 01.01.2022 Commencing Saturday 2 May some restrictions have been eased to allow families to enjoy a picnic in the park and our onsite restaurants are available to provide takeaways. Picnics are strictly limited to members of the same household or an individual and one friend, and all other rules regarding social gatherings remain in place. The Parklands are also still available for general exercise, but the majority of facilities will remain closed until further notice.
