05.01.2022 The sod has been turned on a new facility for Brockman Community House! As part of a 2017 election commitment, the McGowan Government committed $5 million towar...ds a new facility for Brockman Community House. Their current facilities are quite aged and not large enough for the many programs Brockman House runs for the community. The group have been fighting for new facilities for over a decade and I'm very pleased to have secured funding for them. I'd like to thank Deputy Mayor David Lucas and the City of Swan for their support on this great project and can't wait to see it complete!

05.01.2022 Construction has begun on a new facility for Brockman Community House. The McGowan Labor Government has committed $5 million to deliver a new fit-for-purpose bu...ilding for the ever-growing Brockman House. Construction is due to be complete in early 2022. Brockman House have delivered important community services to the Beechboro and Lockridge area for over 30 years. They have been in need of new facilities for over a decade now. I am very happy to have secured the funding needed for the new facilities. Thank you to the City of Swan for supporting this project.

04.01.2022 Brockman Community House is supporting The Salvation Army’s Christmas Gift Appeal for 2020. As Christmas approaches it is becoming increasingly clear that many Australians are going to struggle to have even a modest celebration. We all know Christmas is a time for joy. But for those doing it tough it is often challenging, heartbreaking and isolating. Every Christmas, The Salvation Army provides around 160,000 meals and over 64,000 hampers and vouchers to individuals and families in need. As COVID-19 continues to impact individuals, families and communities across the country, your support now is more important than ever. By donating gifts, you can help us make sure we leave no one in need this festive season.
