11.01.2022 In times like this, we all need more liquidity - free cash... In my last email I promised to share 6 ideas to secure your finances and have more liquidity... So here they are:... 1. Consolidate and close expensive unsecured debt like credit cards and personal loans NOW! It's quick and easy. 2. Refinance your home loan to the lowest variable rate and create a small redraw buffer in case of unforeseen financial difficulties like decreased hours or worse. (I'll show you how to do this) 3. Refinance your home loan to the lowest variable rate, extend the term and put the difference in repayments into an offset and create cash savings in case of an emergency. (I'll show you how) 4. Take advantage of investment property loans being offered at owner-occupied home loan rates and free up cash flow, putting the savings into an offset account for emergency. THESE MIGHT END SOON SO HURRY UP! 5. Refinance for renovations or any future capital works/investments NOWbefore borrowing more money becomes tougher. (You don't have to spend it, just organise the facility - it won't increase repayments - I'll show you how) 6. Dubbed the Home Loan Price Inquiry report, the findings are grim: Australia's biggest banks have made it "extremely confusing" for mortgage customers (you) to compare deals which could lead to paying more... Customers are being "misinformed about the true rates they were paying..." Loyalty does not pay off - new customers pay an average of 0.4% LESS than customers who'd been with the bank for 4 years or more (that's $2,400 more on a $600,000 loan) ACCC finds an "overall lack of price transparency" That's just the initial findings! :( Wealthy, intelligent, switched on people use a trusted, experienced mortgage broker to take away the guesswork..
