18.01.2022 If you like going off-road, then I think you might want to wander over to Car Hub Australia and put yourself in the runnning to take one of these Custom wide body Isuzu Concept-X vehicles home! You may have seen these cars up close on display throughout shopping centres in Perth the past 8 weeks. Well here is one of the many video's I did recently for Car Hub up in the very well known Lancelin sand dunes as well as some other cool spots!

17.01.2022 So for the Canon R5 users, you must know by now that it's difficult to get accurate and pleasing colours. Lightroom dont offer camera profiles, and Capture One and other apps, along with a variety of other strategies just have sub-par results. You can get "good-enough" results a lot of different ways, but it just aint as good as it should be. Instagrammers and filterographers probably wont care so much, but the serious photographers out there will. After much research, the o...nly real way to benefit form Canons superior colour quality is to use Canons own Digital Photography Professional. Which we all hate. Noone understands why this is a problem, but it is. So I have almost finished writing a lengthy blog post on all the different possibile solutions to extract the best colours from your Canon R5/R6. There's a lot of ways, some easy, some very advanced, but until Adobe and Canon start talking to each other, I've adapted my workflow to use DPP4 now for some jobs. Certainly not all jobs because its not really viable or neccesary. Stay tuned.

01.01.2022 Shooting other creatives is one of my favourite things to do because they too will bring great ideas to the table. It's always good having more ideas, but ones from a different perspective than yours are always interesting. Jeremy is a talented tattoo artist specialising in freehand and realism you have to check him out. (page below) Jeremy brought a bunch of ideas to the table for this shoot and we brought some of those to life combining some ideas that I've always... wanted to try as well. I really wanted to try this shot, with a thin narrow beam of light but I didn't have the right tools. So I got an old cardboard box, some scissors, gaffa tape and I made something. What do you know, it works out perfectly! Godox AD600's x 3. Large Octaboxes camera right and left with red gels. Canon EOS R. Jeremy Furniss Tattoo
