20.01.2022 To assist with a course on verbal/non-verbal communication styles that I am creating I am seeking information on people's preferred style of learning. What is your most effective learning style? - Visual (watching videos/pictures/reading) - Kinaesthetic (physical doing/experience/touch)... - Auditory (listening to content) I'm thinking of creating for a combined learning style and just wanting to hear about others preferences. 05.01.2022 If you're like me, and have had a mental list of things you'd like to do one day, travel trips, workshop experiences, holidays etc that you innocently thought you'd get around to and always would have the chance to do and are now realising we've had that opportunity to freely do these things removed indefinitely...I urge you to write that list of the things you're actually going to get to once this isolation and travel ban is lifted. Not that anyone can, with certainty say wh...en we'll be able to do the things we are restricted from doing at the moment...but just make that list as a commitment to yourself. Start doing your research, start putting the resources aside so that you can launch into your life beyond isolation. You are worthy of it, you are worthy of it all. and it's OK if you feel distressed, torn, broken and lost during this time. You are not supposed to know how to navigate this.

03.01.2022 Get outside if it’s safe to do so, ride, run, walk, move your body. Move the stagnant energy through your system, turn the stress or anxiousness into movement. Run hard for thirty seconds then walk, move.... Let whatever the movement stirs or awakens move through you Emotion is energy in motion.
