24.01.2022 Everyone goes through tough times in life, but not everyone seeks the help that they need. It might be easy to ignore how we’re feeling but eventually things start to build up and might make us feel even worse - that’s why it’s important to get the right help as soon as possible. Statistically, men seek help much less for their mental health because of a variety of reasons: a big one being stigma.... It is OKAY to not be okay. It is NORMAL. You are human. You will have a life full of ups and downs, but remember that you’re never alone in this image credit: @innsightful_ #mentalhealth #menshealth #mensmentalhealth #stigma #headspace #youthmentalhealth #internationalmensday #brokenhill

23.01.2022 Sometimes, things have a way of popping up in our minds that we think we’ve moved on from. Let your tears flow, or let your mind wander for a moment, then slowly and gently think kindly to yourself. You are allowed to feel that way. image credit: @maybell.eequay

12.01.2022 Check out these amazing artworks that students from Willyama High School made for NAIDOC week 2020 We’re proud to have been able to support them by contributing a donation towards the art supplies. These are currently on display in the school library with a few more yet to be added, with some soon to be selected for the 2021 Maari Ma Art Prize.

10.01.2022 Being kind to yourself includes knowing that sometimes the expectations we place on ourselves exceed what a human is actually capable of doing with all of life’s lemons and challenges. It’s OK to not be as productive as you think you ~should~ be. Let’s all be more forgiving of ourselves, especially with all that’s happened this year. image credit: @swatercolour
