25.01.2022 Sleep series! This may not be a popular one...caffeine and alcohol! Not something many will cut out so just a good idea to use it wisely. Avoid caffeine after 2-3pm so at least half of the dose is out of your system come bed time.... Alcohol...well...the more you have the less deep sleep and restorative rest your body will get. That’s the fact, work around it! Drink it wisely good people!
