20.01.2022 Government First Home Package details slowly being released, still no details on which lenders this will be available through, interestingly does say only 2 of the Big 4 will be involved. Time for First Home Buyers interested to start getting themselves ready, its first in best dressed for the first 10,000 loans being offered via this package.

08.01.2022 A great testimonial from a recent client. They had been told a number of times they wouldn't be able to get finance. A few extra questions and we found a way that worked.

04.01.2022 Legislation changes are threatening the mortgage broking industry, which could lead to higher home loan interest rates. Sign our online petition at brokerbehindyou.com.au and keep competition alive.

03.01.2022 More positive feedback from a recent client. An interesting one with CBA making it clear they want clients going direct to them and not using brokers. CBA told this client they couldn't help them and to come back when deposit was 2 1/2 times what they had. I had the loan approved with the smaller deposit, and did it through CBA. Makes you wonder how well CBA staff know their own systems and requirements.
