17.01.2022 Top 15 Performance and Top 20 Show dogs for 2019 where awarded last night on the night that should have been the parade at the National 2020 but thanks to COVID... 19 like many things we where looking forward to it got cancelled. Firstly, a huge thanks to everyone that owns our dogs without you these results would not be possible. It is not all about one dog but a team across both disciplines, something that any breeder would be proud of. Top 15 Performance huge congrats to Gaye Todd and Eli what an achievement many titles across various disciplines giving him the title of Runner up Performance Dog of the year. NEUT CH TRI CH (T) (RO) BROMHUND EGOTISTICAL CD RM 6th place Performacne DUALCH (T) TS GR CH BROMUHUND LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE CCD RA "Lexi" and Christine Weetman Top 20 Show Aust Ch Bromhund Bells N Whistles Bella The only girl in our team represented in the top dog top 20. Shown most of 2019 as a puppy only turn 1 in September. She is the youngest in the top 20 coming in 7th Place. She also was runner up Rising Star and Victorian Runner up State winner. We are very proud of the success we had with the boys (despite minimal showing ) with the following results. 09.01.2022 GIRLS HAVE FOUND SUPER NEW HOME. THANK YOU EVERYONE. Please do NOT message me with how much? and I am interested in the dog!, These will not be answered. Please tell me about how you can provide a loving home for at least Poppy and possibly both girls. Unfortunately we have a 5 year old female we bred looking for a new home :'( ... Poppy is 5 year old desexed female she currently lives with another Weimaraner Molly. Since the arrival of a new baby Poppy is showing more anxious behaviour and family feel she will be better off with another family either semi retired, family with older kids and defiantly had the breed before. Both are super active inside outside dogs they are good with other dogs. The family ideally would like to find a new home for both of the girls together and for Poppy sake to make the transition better to a new family would probably ideally work having Molly with her. I don't have any information about Molly charter. If you are interested in some more information and think you would be the right family for either Poppy and/or both Poppy and Molly can you please PM us first and we will then pass on the details of the family. 09.01.2022 ***** Nelson has gone to a new home (on a trial basis but fingers crossedd for him ) Unfortunately, we have a 12mth old desexed male - Nelson - looking for a ...new home. Nelson is located in Brisbane. Please contact his current owner (email: [email protected] ) if you think you might have the right environment for Nelson and would like to find out more about him. (His breeder has been notified - yet to respond) ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' There are so many positives about Nelson: He is crate trained. He loves balls and doesn’t mind whether they belong to him or not he won’t give them up!! He loves to swim. He is loving and loves affection and desperately wants to be right with you at ALL time - yes, a typical Weimaraner But we have also found that he has boundless energy and doesn’t know his own strength - he has knocked our elderly parents off their feet and often barrels into our young children and playfully pushes/paws them leaving scratches. He also likes to be dominant - walks/pushes to be in front and is strong on a lead. Please don’t say Just put some effort into training him We have tried. He has been to obedience classes regularly and did a 2 week residential program with the Canine Classroom. He perhaps needs someone "firmer" than us or has previously had experience with a strong male Wei. He’s never been aggressive with other dogs or humans but barks when anxious (ie someone he doesn’t know comes to door/gate). To be honest, with added family commitments we are struggling to meet his needs for attention and to manage his anxious behaviour (barking, chewing, his need to be right on top of us all the time). We love him dearly and have tried very hard but it is becoming more and more difficult and stressful for all of us, including Nelson and we wish dearly for him to have a family that can be all that he needs.
