22.01.2022 I have been off sugar for five weeks and the results are brilliant! I am now at my lightest weight in years. For me it was not about the weight sure it's a bonus but it's more about the health benefits. Sucrose...not good, so the professionals argue and at this stage I would agree. I feel ten times better, less tired and I have more energy. Private message me if you want to give this a go,I am happy to advise how to start. Life be in it.
21.01.2022 Christmas is fast approaching....its time to give yourself some wriggle room. It gets really busy this time of year so our fitness regime may go by the wayside.... Its not the Christmas cheer that causes the weight gain, whilst it may contribute to the extra kilo or two. Thinking about it, it's really that we just get too tired to stick to our healthy eating and exercise plans. Let plan to succeed. 19.01.2022 I am so busy right now! Does that give me the the excuse I need not to work out? We need to find what motivates us and at this time of year for me, its the spring racing carnival. What will motivate you?
18.01.2022 I am giving up sugar omg that means chocolate, can this be done. It's only been a week and I can already see that I don't see the hunger spikes during the day. I have suffered the odd headache but so far I feel good. I am doing this for at least six weeks to trial the affects sugar has on my body. I am looking to remove all fructose from my diet. I will include this with my thirty minutes of daily exercise. I will let you know my progress. Wish me luck. Anyone want to join my challenge?

14.01.2022 It's Autumn so it's time to look at your fitness and eating plans. Before the winter and comfort food sets in, try and find some sneaky time just for you. Just 20 minutes of exercise a day along with portion control. Consider quitting the white poison "sugar" it comes highly recommended. I started my autumn fitness program today. Have you had you're 20 today?
14.01.2022 Up and at em.... time to do your 30. Today I decided to do a fun run on the treadie....is this possible? My treadmill has these little green critters that will go on a fun run with you, before I know it, my competitive streak comes out to smash these little guys, they didnt stand a chance.

12.01.2022 I met up with someone on the weekend that I had not seen since January. She had set Some goals for herself with this weekend as the target. I had thought about her during the year and wondered of her progress. Wow, She looks great! One goal down and I know she has set some more to strive towards. Keep setting those personal goals and you will get there. We are need a goal to strive towards, what is yours? Well done girl you know who you are !
11.01.2022 A friend was saying to me that she wondered why she bothered working out. She had been training for a only short period of time but still "weighed the same" We have To consider a Few things, when we work out, we may eat more, we need more energy to train, so food choices and portion sizes are so important. Also this weight what we have on did not get there over night so it will take some time, hard work and persistence to see results. Go for it, it's worth it before you know it you will back in shape. What's stopping you?

09.01.2022 I quit sugar nearly four months ago. The results have been fantastic. My weight came off quickly and has stayed off. This lifestyle change has been worth it. Did I quit completely? In the first six week - eight weeks, I did but now I enjoy my white wine.... But I make it a dry white. The sweeter the wine, the more sugar it contains. It's worked me. It you don't like slogging it in the gym it may be worth a try.
07.01.2022 I have been away for ten days living the high life, back to reality. We all pay for being out of our own environment, was it worth it, you betcha! But now it's time to get back on top of things, because to be honest, I feel relaxed but feel somewhat podgy. It's time for me again, I will start this afternoon by walking our little four legged friends with Dave, a good way to do my 30. It's good to be home.
05.01.2022 My first jogging session in a very long time this morning. A bit of artistic licence in actually calling it jogging. It was really hard but I can't lie how do I feel now? ........ Alive!
05.01.2022 I could really do with a sea change. I can picture PT on the beach. We are on holidays at lovely Coolum Beach at the moment, this morning my husband and I considered going for a walk only to discover it was 4:45am. It would be easier to get out of bed in this environment. Life be in it.

03.01.2022 Well 2012 is all but over, how did you fare? For me 2012 was a busy time, for most I stayed on my fitness regime but of late strayed due to my setting up my Bronnie G website, making hats, working, dodgy hip, what other excuses can I use? In the past few days I have made a real effort to get back on track, sore hip or not. I know one thing, I feel so much better for it! Have you done your 30 today?
