21.01.2022 I'm so Proud and Honored to be a Finalist again in this year's Brides Choice Awards. I would like to express a heartfelt 'Thank You' to all the Brides who have voted for me in 2019/2020. It's been a rollercoaster of a year for everyone. I have really felt the impacts working in the Wedding and Events industry so I'm not feeling overly confident that I'll place this year, but none the less im still thrilled to have made it this far. Due to Covid the Awards ceremony will be held online tonight.......so instead of getting all dressed up and going to one of the luxurious hotels with wine and canapes, I'll be sitting on my couch at home in my comfy PJs, with a cup of tea.......in true 'Mum' fashion! Hahaha!!

19.01.2022 Saturdays Wedding Showcase at Wedding Treasures and Events was such a success. Thank you to Paula for all the hard work she put into this and motivation in getting weddings happening again now with restictions easing and couples able to have 100 people at their events. The day proved to be very popular with queues of eager Brides waiting outside to come in and pick up a bargain and speak to vendors they were still needing to secure for their day. It will be head down in my computer over the next week quoting and invoicing brides for the reminder of 2020 and 2021.

19.01.2022 Scott and Renay were lucky to sneak their wedding into 2020, the last wedding I had the pleasure of doing before Christmas. It was a perfect day in Atherton and a beautiful family to be in the company of. May you both have a lifetime of love and happiness that will shine throughout the years. 05.01.2022 Weddings are certainly heating up with 3 that I have done in the past week alone. Nicole and Jesse decided to go ahead with their original wedding date, even though Jesse's family couldn't not attend, they were able to watch the entire wedding via Zoom. The wedding was held on their family property at Lake Tinaroo. Spectacular location, and perfect day for this beautiful family to celebrate their daughter and new Son-in-laws wedding.... Thank you for your hospitality and asking me to do your hair and makeup, I can't wait for the "big wedding" next year!

01.01.2022 Wahooo!!! It's with so much excitement, I'm thrilled to say I'm reopening the Salon on Monday the 25th May!!! If you have been too scared to leave the house after the Covid lockdown because you've completely let your beauty regime go, message me for an appointment and I'll get you looking your best again. ... With the new restrictions in place, there will be a few housekeeping changes. Please read before making your appointment. I will only be able to have one person/client in the salon at any time, therefore please come alone for your appointments. (This applies to children, partners, friends and your family members) Please wash your hands in the ensuite before entering the salon, there are signs and hand wash provided. If your unwell, with even the slightest cough or flu-like symptoms please message me no later then the morning of your appointment to postpone. If your have Covid-19, in the process of being tested or have been in contact with someone infected with Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks, please message me ASAP to cancel/postpone your appointment. If you miss your appointment completely or cancel within 2hrs of your appointment time commencing, you will be charged 50% of your appointment procedure value as a No-Show or Late-Cancellation Fee. I will be keeping a register of client contact details and booking dates and times, so that in the very unfortunate event somebody tests positive, I will be in contact with you to let you know immediately. Fingers crossed we won't need to do this. Like always, the salon will be fully cleaned after every client with a salon grade disinfectant for everyone's safely, as per normal practice.
