I think I speak for a lot of women when I say we pick our body to pieces with our mind and thoughts. It can seem uncontrollable at times... can you relate??... 05.01.2022 .... and that is OK. But just remember, you are unique, you are beautiful and the best part.... you are you! I'm guilty, just last week I had a 'day'. You know, those days where your just not ok and all you seem to be doing is judging yourself.. because lets face it, we are our own worst critics. ... We all go through this from time to time... (who's nodding right now?) I went through the motions, felt them, mowed the lawn (which FYI - actually helped) and tried to make sure that once the day was done, I left it all behind and started my next day fresh. It's not always simple or easy I know, but it's important to give it your best go so you can get back to being that bad ass human being that you are.
