03.01.2022 Important Please read Hi ladies just a little house keeping and a new policy that from now on will be firmly put in place. The last month unfortunately i have received an unfortunate amount of last minute cancellations which has been incredibly disheartening!!. If you have been to me or are a regular you know i am incredibly understanding & accommodating to each and everyone of you. I understand these times are up and down for everyone & allot of other circumstances come i...nto place. However this is my business & my income for Harlow & myself. And being a business from home cancelling last minute or even 24hrs prior does not give me enough time to fill the spot of your appointment. From now on: When making an appointment if you cancel or reschedule this must be done so within a 48hr time frame!!. If you fail to do so this will automatically incur a $20 cancellation fee and will be added straight to your total of your treatment & will need to be paid at your next appointment. Or at the time of your first appointment time slot! Please respect myself & my business as i try to give my best to each and everyone of you.
