25.01.2022 Hello Everyone. TAKE AWAY OPENING HOURS 4.30 PM - 8.00 PM Wednesday - Sunday.... We are happy to say that our takeaway service is basically business as usual with a few great additions. Unfortunately it is not viable for us to stay open during the day any longer however we are opening on Wednesday nights. PICK UP: We have the best responsible and safe pick up regimes in place. You can phone through your order and we will message you when it is ready. If you are early there is plenty of parking so just stay in your car until we message you. You will only need to enter the shop for a few minutes to pay and collect. DELIVERY: Retro Rescue to the rescue. From tonight Andrew & Annie from our neighboring antique shop will be doing the deliveries within a 10 km radius. A minimum order of $40.00 is required for delivery and a delivery fee of $5.00 applies. We expect that the average order will take approximately 25/30 minutes to complete. Delivery could add between 25 to 45 mins depending on where you live and the number of deliveries we have. We will text you when your order is on the way and confirm the price. We have ordered a mobile eftpos terminal and we hope it will arrive tomorrow, Friday at the latest. Until then payment can be made over the phone or COD. ORDERING: Please call 63967393 or 0429 902 583 or you can email your order to [email protected] ORDERING IN ADVANCE. It would be great if you could order your takeaway in advance by phone or email. We will monitor these messages and confirm back to you. This will allow us to prepare and supply much faster. All this information and more will be updated on our website within the next few days. We are open Thursday and Sundays until. 7 pm for takeaway orders or an early dinner before retiring back home to your own fire. ... 12.01.2022 Happy Easter to Everyone, Once again we would like to thank all our valued customers for your support and kind words, both public and private. We always try to do our best. We will be open today, tomorrow & Sunday. 12 noon - 2.30 and then 4.30 - 8pm.... Delivery is available for both lunch and dinner. My wife & head Chef Sarah, ( real name Srirat from Chon Buri, Thailand) is the real star at Brook 508. She and her team are amazing, preparing and cooking 100s of meals each week in what looks a military style operation to me. The secret to great tasting Thai food is the sauces. All our sauces are made to Sarahs recipe developed over many years of experience. If you want to eat seafood today we have many seafood dishes in our menu. 06.01.2022 Hello Everyone, So many of our wonderful customers have been asking when we will re opening for dine in service. Just 2 weeks ago we decided to start renovations on the front room of the cafe as we thought things would start to open up a bit in about a month or so. As you know things are moving faster than we all thought.... As such we will not be ready to open for dine in for another 2 to 3 weeks. We will be operating our take away service as usual, Wednesday to Sunday 4.30 - 8 pm On the weekends we will open Saturdays from 12 noon and on Sundays from 9.30 am.
