23.01.2022 Do you have an old craft project half finished or not even started sitting by the lounge or in a drawer or cupboard? If so, why? Is it because you can't find the time to finish it?... Is it because you are not interested in it any more? Or you can't quite put your finger on it, but you just don't want to do it any more? If you have said yes to any of the above, then why do you still have it taking up valuable space in your home. Have a look at the equipment and various parts. Sort out what you want to do with it. For me, well it really needs a wipe down. The darlings have used it a bit over the school holidays. Now that they are back at school, I'm going to reclaim the space back somewhat. Take everything off. Clean the surface, the computer and the other essentials. Then file, recycle, wash up and only put back the items that are absolutely necessary. 11.01.2022 Back to reality now. But this is how I spent Monday, climbing Mt Gower, situated on Lord Howe Island. It was a 4 hour treck up. 875m to the summit. ... And I mean some parts were horizontal, with a shear drop to the ocean. I wanted to quit, many times, but my stubbornness kicked in, which I am thankful for because I saw beauty and then some. Then another 4 hours back down. Here is one of the few photos I took towards the top. The beauty of this place knows no bounds. The point of this post is when you purchase less and are grateful for what you have, the possibilities are endless. You can declutter your mind and then your home. I have always stuck to what I like, and what fits my size and shape. By being true to yourself and wearing only what you love, will allow you to shine and be your true self....
