10.01.2022 Completed a little ride this morning! Fitness First Australia ran a charity of the month during March. Train the Trainer - all proceeds went to the Cancer Council Queensland. Darryl was the lucky winner and he chose to take me cycling. Basically it was a 30 minute session of their choice. This thankfully helped me in my training efforts to complete the 50km MS Brissie to the Bay Bike Ride in June.
