09.01.2022 RESULTS RESULTS RESULTS AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT IN A SHORT TIME FRAME !! Micky is a fun and energetic person and already looked amazing when she started.... Micky just wanted to tighten and tone and lose a few extra cms to fit in her amazing dress !! We had a 6 - 8 week time limit to get her down to the size she wanted for her big day ! With huge dedication and motivation Michela Blechynden worked incredibly hard, completing 2x one on one sessions a week, plus workouts trained by herself and of course the correct nutrition plan keeping away from those nastys !! 03.01.2022 NEW WEEK, NEW GROCERY SHOP This week in my own training im working on cardio and body tone ( last week i worked on lifting a little heavier with a range o...f different sets targetting the muscle i was working ). Heres what will be fueling my body !! Now i find that when i up my cardio im always peckish, so that means i always want a snack... so heres a few examples of what my snacks will be. #1. Cut up fruit, at the moment i have peaches, grapes, bananas, apricots and nectarines. Cut yourself up 1 cup of fruit and snack on this or put a dollop of greek yogurt and enjoy try not to eat more than 2- 3 fruit a day as they are high in sugar. #2. Grab a carrot - either eat on its own or cut up and eat with hummus #3. Yogurt and grawnola - use a low fat, low sugar yogurt, place 1/2 cup in bowl, sprinkle organic grawnola on top ( use fruit also if desired ) STAY AWAY FROM THE NAUGHTIES you work to hard to lose what you have worked for with a few bites !!
