11.01.2022 We are upgrading our whole phone system today, to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service to our patients. There maybe a slight delay this afternoon as the new system is implemented. Once the upgrade is in place this should result in reduced wait times and improved customer experience. 06.01.2022 As Victoria has had no COVID-19 cases for 14 days we are now implementing our planned transitional stage. From next week we will be introducing a https://covidcomply.org/ QR Tracking for people that enter the building. This will assist DHSS should they need to do contact tracing. In this planned stage we will be removing our concierge service, but encourage all patients to maintain high hygiene standards and follow government guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients an...d staff. With the low risk currently posed we encourage patients to return to face to face consults. If you do have any COVID-19 symptoms please ensure you advise reception when making any bookings.
