Once weve ba...lanced your CCS, well send you a letter to let you know the outcome. This will come to your myGov Inbox if you get your letters online. You can also track your CCS balancing online or in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. If you are using the app - select More, followed by Child Care Subsidy then Payment Balancing from the menu. Or when using your Centrelink online account through myGov select Menu, followed by My Family, then Child Care. From there youll be able to select Payment Balancing for more information. Youll be able to see here if we need more info from you to do your balancing. If it says pending, you dont need to do anything.

We balance ...your FTB and CCS separately. We can only balance CCS when we have all the information we need from you, the ATO and your child care service. If you separated during the year, we may also need your ex-partner's income. If youve already lodged your tax return or told us you dont need to and confirmed your income for FTB, there is nothing more you need to do. You can track your CCS balancing in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app or online. We will also write to you once we have finished your CCS balancing.
