23.01.2022 Our second handover from last week with more happy customers. A really detailed feedback session with Tung and Amie who rated the entire journey 10 out of 10 and 9 out of 10. Good to hear their viewpoint on the initial discovery and how it analysed their actual situation. Then their feedback on the journey to find possible solutions and to calculate the benefits that they would receive in their financial position from each of the strategies. They also provide feedback on th...e actual build itself, which is obviously critical and often a point of letdown for clients: they give very clear feedback on how seamless that build journey was. Finally they give some very good insights into the total journey that they have gone through which should provide you with insights into what you could achieve.
