20.01.2022 I don’t usually advertise that I capture weddings, but I can and do shoot a couple per year. Fil and Alex approached me though a mutual friend and asked if I could capture their wedding here in Melbourne. I was super keen to. I noticed you don’t have to spend a lot of time around Fil & Alex - their friends and family - to find out just how incredibly genuine they are. I flew over Victor Alexeyev Photography, a friend and fellow photographer, from New Zealand to join me and s...econd shoot. It was a full on day; we battled the Melbourne weather and got three forecasts in one day. Sun. Rain. Overcast. After a sneaky downpour just before the formalities, the rain held off long enough to send the couple, bridal party and Kombi out into the wilderness of an open field followed followed shortly after by packing em all between some vines. Then they wined and dined with friends and family before Fil sung his heart out, with his best men at his side, wooing Alex all over again.
