13.01.2022 Its Le Mans week, the greatest test of man and machine, where a field of the worlds most advanced sports cars race twice around the clock at the famed Circuit de la Sarthe, located in Le Mans, France. The Famous Jaguar C-Type won the event twice, once in the cars first attempt in 1951 and again in 1953. This evocation of the famous 1953 C type is very true to the original shape and specification. The Ford GT40 was commissioned to end the Ferrari dominance of long distance ...racing and to counter the late refusal of Enzo Ferrari to sell Ferrari to Ford. In June 1966 the Ford GT40s incredibly achieved a 1-2-3 result for Ford thus ending the Ferrari dominance of the event. The Ford GT40 went on the win a total of 4 consecutive titles at the Circuit de la Sarthe, creating one of the most successful, respected and famous competition sports car of all time.
