23.01.2022 This site has been discussed at many of the BCRG forums. The planning application is now open for review. Scrap metal recycler Cougar Recycling has lodged an application for a retrospective permit which is currently advertised via Brimbank City Council's planning webpage: https://www.brimbank.vic.gov.au/advertised-plans.
