08.01.2022 Hello Brooklyn fam, Firstly let us thank everyone that has come through since we’ve opened in Scarborough. We have been completely inundated and have been way busier than we expected so thank you all! There has been some teething problems in our first two weeks as there always is... moving restaurant with a 2 day turn around right after a pandemic shutdown whilst still waiting for our liquor license and getting used to a new kitchen all while the owners are dealing with a h...eavily pregnant wife who has just given birth to a beautiful little girl has been hectic to say the least!! Our back bar will be built over the next week or so and our license should hopefully be in by then as well... please keep in mind it’s has nothing to do with us how long the license takes. No need to abuse staff because you can’t enjoy a burger without wine Karen!! Our kitchen and floor staff are working hard to fix all teething problems and we hope within two weeks to be back to 100% and really show you guys what the finished product will be! Thank you to the 99% of you who have been super understanding and have shown nothing but love. Scarborough we absolutely love you. Thanks Team Brooklyn
