25.01.2022 Attended to a customer request to locate a shower leak, upon initial investigation no water supply leak was found on both hot and cold water supply line. However after the removal of the tap ware, shower screen, tiles and gyprock sheeting it became evident that the problem was a lot greater than excepted. All affected battens and debris was removed. New battens and new waterproof sheeting installed, along with a 3 layer waterproofing membrane applied top to bottom.

24.01.2022 Another happy customer, We were called out with regards to a leaking Flickmixer Basin Tap. Customer had informed us that the bathroom was resently renovated about 18 months ago. Unfortunately the tap-ware installed was not of a great quality and she had not been supplied any documents for any future warranty issues. We offered and installed a brand new locally manufactured Single Lever Mixer Basin Tap with a written 15 year manufacturers warranty.

17.01.2022 Common issues with sewer drain near trees. The customer has been informed of tree root issue in existing earthenware sewer drains. This problem will continue to be an ongoing occurance until the trees around the drains are cut down and sewer drains are replaced with new UPVC pipes.

14.01.2022 A customer wanted to change over from a electric cooktop to a gas cooktop. This however was not a straight forward installation, as the existing electric cooktop was located directly in the centre of the house. With much great thought we managed to lay a new supply gas line in the ceiling space and redirect it under to the benchtop. We oversized the gas line for any future gas appliances that may require to be installed further down the track.
