02.01.2022 Emma and Daniel have built their new home with Statesman Homes, and it was the location that made them fall in love with Brookmont! Emma says: "We both have city jobs, so that left turn onto the Northern Expressway is super easy in the morning and that’s what we wanted. Those few extra minutes sleep in the morning mean a lot!" She says when choosing where to build, they loved the look of the master plan with the wide open green space through the middle. "I’m really looking forward watching the estate transform. We can't wait to use the bike trails and enjoy living somewhere with green space that is walkable. We can walk our dog, and go on walks with our kids one day!"
