18.01.2022 These past few weeks our hotel accomodation has been alive with lots of city visitors wanting to visit & stay in regional centers and spend their money locally ...which is amazing. We love hearing their stories and feedback on their stays and one thing is always common in how welcoming our town is and how nice it is speaking with locals in our bar & restaurant. They enjoy getting to know how farming and rural towns work. This morning we say goodbye to more guests who stayed and enjoyed their time in Brookton including Nathan & his family who initially booked for 1 night for a country escape from the city and has stayed 3 nights. They are coming back next school holidays to enjoy it all again. Was a treat hearing about his young daughters adventures on finding ghosts and a nasty troll under a bridge . Kids imaginations are awesome.
