13.01.2022 CLIENT OF THE MONTH This was such a tough one for us to decide so we’ve got 2 winners for this month. 2 incredible and inspiring people who have been working SO hard in and out of the gym. They show up, like properly SHOW UP every session and give it their absolute all. With great pleasure I pronounce Gail Hickey and Glenn Coltman our joint members on the month!... Gail our MEP QUEEN she is an absolute machine. If you haven’t heard it yet she worked for a massive 14,051 MEPs last month taking out first place for our Brookvale gym. She’s always been a hard worker in all the classes but for the month of October she really blew us all away with her hard work and determination. Glenn is literally unstoppable. He trains insane day in day out. Never complains (to our face anyway) and ALWAYS gives it his absolute all. Nothing is ever left in the tank and everyone who trains with him has to lift to keep up and keep accountable. Glenn is also doing his final session for a few weeks tomorrow as he is donating his kidney to his beautiful mumwe are so proud of you and think that this is the most selfless gift of all. 10.01.2022 HAPPY HUMP DAY What better way to celebrate than doing a high rep high intensity workout!! This one ran this morning for out True Endurance crew with coach Matty Bell!! The session allows for 45mins to get through the whole set!! ... No allocated rest time! Goal here is for unbroken reps the whole way through with quick changes between exercises!!! All you need is 1x pair of DB 1x KB 1x piece of cardio equipment (assault bikes used here)

09.01.2022 Code 5 Strength and Conditioning testing week!!! Monday - Bench press 3RM Tuesday - Squat 3RM Wednesday - 1km row, max pull ups, 60sec push ups ... Thursday - Deadlift 3RM Still 2 classes to get through their deads tonight but already some massive results so far!! Big shoutout to this man here, Callum has put in so much hard work over the last 12 weeks, and through Covid was doing what he needed to maintain strength and muscular conditioning!! This morning he joined a very impressive club... 200kg club Only takes a quick look at his smile to see how stoked he is with this!! No with 3 days of rest, next week we go back to technical work at a high rep range, pumped to see what he can do in another 12weeks time!!

04.01.2022 Mik the Queen of Code. She burst into the scene at brooky 2 years ago previously coming from our warriewood gym and has been a huge asset ever since! Leading the way as the gym manager with her can-do attitude, loud voice, and caring personality.... Talk about a lady without a weakness!
