16.01.2022 No crowds, no warm up and no starting signal for the beach2beach run this morning, the original event day. Instead part of the team came together and discussed on how we can come back better and bigger after covid. Do you want to be part of it?

16.01.2022 BROOKVALE ROTARY CLUB ANNUAL CHANGEOVER Our new Rotary Year was Celebrated on 5th July 2020 at a socially distanced Changeover Lunch where we reflected on the achievements of the past 12 months and heard about our District's future plans from Assistant Governor Joanna Jones New President Graeme Love formally took the reigns from PP James Hatfield and introduced his new Board Members... Paul Harris fellowships were awarded to Rtn Robert van Geest and PP James Hatfield We look forward to an exciting year as we progressively exit from the challenging Pandemic Restrictions Meanwhile we continue our regular meetings via Zoom - 12.45pm 1st and 4th Thursdays and Brookylite at 6pm on 1st Thursday each month

09.01.2022 2020 has been a roll coaster year for the Beach2Beach. A new name, new sponsors on board, a race day postponement, and now unfortunately due to the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) the 2020 event has been cancelled. But all is not lost! While the actual run will not take place this year, there is still opportunity for you to play an important part. As you may know, the aim of the Beach2Beach is to bring our community together and raise funds for those less fortunate on the Nort...hern Beaches - your registration fees go to local charities. So, if you were looking forward to the event and had planned to register, please make a donation to one of these awesome charities doing great things in our community. Every little bit helps! Let’s stand strong together and help our neighbours doing it tough during these challenging times. We were very much looking forward to hosting the 28th year of this spectacular run and festival, but our top priority is the health and safety of the community. Thank you for your understanding and support and we look forward to making next year’s event bigger and better than ever! 09.01.2022 It’s hard to capture in a few words the vibe and atmosphere of yesterday’s Pub2Pub... The nervous, anxious energy at the starts. The sensational scenery and w...eather along the way. The awesome support of so many volunteers, selflessly giving up their Sunday morning. Our amazing sponsors who keep supporting us year after year. Our generous partners providing amazing logistics. Residents out on their lawns cheering everyone on. People with all different reasons to participate, all having a go, from the serious to young kids and so many families and teams. AND the vibe at the Finish Festival was rather special. THANK YOU to everyone that participated in this great community event, your contribution will assist many local service organisations and those less fortunate.
