22.01.2022 Yesterday I couldn't find much time for my workout. Between helping hubby on the farm and training clients of my own, I could only find a spare 30mins. So here's what I did in my lil home gym :) Delts and tri's - 2 giant sets 3rounds x 12reps each. Shoulder Press, Tricep Dips, Decline Pushups, KB swings x20. Tricep Pushups, Arnold Press, Lat Raise, Med ball jacks x30.

01.01.2022 Mexican Taco Salad. One of the recipes from my Kick Start program. I used chicken mince instead of beef mince and the spicy salsa tasted amazing :)
