This is a very entry level class designed for those who feel they are out of shape or want to get back into fitness but have not trained for a while. Remember its first session completely free so come and have a go!!! Hope to see you there!!

14.01.2022 Ok next session is an intermediate level circuit training on Tuesday morning at 5.45am at cable beach!! This is a perfect workout for those with a basic level of fitness! First session free remember!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain, come and give it a go!! Bring a beach towel and a water bottle! 03.01.2022 So Broome Outdoor Fitness is gaining some Facebook likes which is great news!! Im going to post a full timetable of upcoming classes very soon but there will be something for everyone i promise! From complete beginners to hardcore boot camps everyone will be catered for and made to feel welcome! Classes will be based around circuit training, interval running and distance running along with other ideas i have, i plan on mixing things up each session to keep the interest leve...ls up and get a complete overall fitness regime! Everything will take place on the lovely Cable Beach! There will be early morning sessions along with evening sessions. Thanks for the support!! :)

03.01.2022 I am going to do a dedicated session a week to the volunteers of Broomes services. Thats Bushies, Townies, SES, Sea Rescue and the St Johns. (Have I missed anyone!?) Come on, lets all stay fit together, support a fellow volunteer and lets make it some friendly rivalry between the services! Please like my page if you havent already and pass this post on to as many others who are volunteers please. What times and days suit everyone? Im running morning sessions at 5.30am at the moment.
