14.01.2022 BONE B R O T H// It doesn't have to be hard. You can use your veggie scraps to make. I save my skins and ends to use in broth. Look for meat with bones. What... goes in #broth #carrots #onion #celery #garlic #tomato #leek and #bones You can use a chicken carcass or legs and wings. Or Beef with bones such as osso bocco bones. Place in a BIG pot. Fill with water. Simmer on stove for as long as possible 8 plus hours. DO NOT BOIL POT. Just slow simmer not bubbles if possible. Strain all ingredients out saving Broth. Discard ingredients. I place in fridge till cool. All fat will settle on top. Remove. Then you ready to add your #bonebroth to all your meals. Keep a Pot on all the time so you are using and replacing. xxx See more

13.01.2022 Hi All. Sorry I have been out of action for a few weeks and not in the way I intended. Unfortunately my dad tragically died on the 21st of Dec just as we where all preparing to go South for christmas and take a break at my sisters beautiful property. The following day I was diagnosed with an invasive malignant melanoma Stage 4. So I have had one lot of surgery last week. The cancer has spread and has moved to under my right arm. So back into surgery again this coming Monday.... I would like to thank you all who have sent me wonderful support and wishes. One more hurdle and then it will be back onto the horse as I have lots of BIG Plans this year and it doesn't involve hospital at all. So please spread the word The best is yet to come and I have lots of great things planned this year. New webside in the making xxx See more
