With these goals set please remember and keep in mind that you may have had some time off and it is important to get your body ready for the training. That means warm up properly, don’t do your maximum effo...rt straight of the bat, ease into the training. 11.01.2022 HEY!!! Stop scrolling and get to sleep if your nutrition is all sorted, you are getting enough nutrition for optimal recovery. The reason you might be still pulling up sore, could be to do with sleep. Sleep plays a massive role in your bodies recovery. If it’s under slept, your body pays for it. Look after yourself and get an early night. You will thank yourself in the morning
